Deposits made via local Indonesian bank transfer are typically credited to your Account within five to fifteen minutes of payment confirmation, subject to the processing schedules of the relevant bank. E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are typically credited instantly. vlp288 is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's bank or payment provider.
Deposited funds are held in segregated player fund accounts and are not commingled with the Company's operational funds. This arrangement is designed to protect Player balances in the event of Company insolvency, though the Company makes no guarantee of full recovery in all circumstances.
You must not deposit funds derived from illegal activity. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. The Company does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
You may not submit a withdrawal request unless your Account has been verified to at least Level 1 KYC status. A minimum of one successful deposit must have been made prior to any withdrawal. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets combining multiple selections are available on eligible markets. Minimum and maximum selections, minimum odds per leg, and applicable cashout terms are stated on the Platform. A void selection in a mix parlay will reduce the accumulator by one leg; the remaining selections remain active.
Voor bola (Asian handicap) markets adjust the effective starting score of a match to eliminate the possibility of a draw result in the bet. Handicap values, settlement rules for push outcomes, and applicable limits are stated per market on the Platform.
